Neumayr Ltd ("I", "me", "we") operates neumayr.nz. This policy explains how I handle any personal information you provide through this website.

What information I collect

• Messages sent via the chat widget or contact form (name, email, message)
• Booking details when you request a meeting (name, email, topic)
• Workshop login details (shared username/password per workshop)
• Files or information you voluntarily share with me for workshops or R&D advice

How I use your information

I use this information only to reply to you, schedule meetings, deliver workshops, and provide R&D funding services. I do not use it for marketing.

Where your data is stored

All data is stored on my secure servers in New Zealand. Chat messages are stored on my Matrix server. Workshop files and sensitive customer data are kept on an encrypted drive. Backups are encrypted and stored with Backblaze B2.

Sharing your information

I do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• With my accountant (only basic business name and payment status when required)
• With Postmark (for sending email replies and meeting invites)

Use of NZBN and MBIE Data

This website uses data from the New Zealand Business Number (NZBN) Register and other MBIE registers to pre-fill forms. All information is sourced directly from official government sources. I am not responsible for any inaccuracies in this data.

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing office@neumayr.nz.
